While many Bollywood celebrities shield their children from the media, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza take a different approach. Their sons, Riaan and Rahyl, are often photographed and seen interacting with paparazzi.
The Deshmukh family embraces media attention.
In a recent interview, Riteish Deshmukh discussed how he addresses the paparazzi culture with his children. He explained that his sons are active in sports and frequently outdoors, leading to interactions with photographers.
Riteish Deshmukh emphasizes the importance of humility in dealing with media attention. He instructs his children to be respectful and appreciative when photographed. "The only thing I tell my sons is, ‘Getting clicked is an honour. When the paps ask for pictures, you thank them for clicking and move on," he said.
He also acknowledged that every parent has the right to choose how they want to raise their children and if people feel they don’t want their kids to be in the media, it should be respected.
Riteish Deshmukh's recent appearance was in "Housefull 5," directed by Tarun Mansukhani. The film boasts a star-studded cast, including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Chunky Panday, Shreyas Talpade, and Johny Lever.
